News: Why na? Chris Brown flown to DC with other prisoners in Con Air

I don't like the way they are trying to beat this guy

completely down. Chris Brown's legal team's last

ditch effort to transport him personally to

Washington D.C. for his misdemeanor assault trial

has been denied and Chris is headed to D.C. on

Con Air...a prisoner aircraft...with other criminals

TMZ reports...

Chris Brown has just been picked up by federal

marshals on what will be one of the longest

journeys across the country since the prop plane

era ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the case tell us Chris is

on his way to a federal holding facility in San

Bernardino to begin his long trip to Washington

D.C. where he will stand trial for assault.

Later today Chris will board a airplane -- guarded

by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained --

but the flight is NOT a non-stop. In fact, we're

told there are so many stops he probably won't

get there until Sunday.

Continue...

We're told all of these flights go through

Oklahoma, with stops along the way to pick up

other prisoners.

Chris will be in D.C. for a hearing Monday where

his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the

charges dismissed because he believes

prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to

gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case.

Now here's the thing. If Geragos loses, Chris will

sit in a D.C. jail facility until his D.C. trial kicks off

on April 17.

Gist: Beyonce's little brother headed to a homeless shelter

A month after Beyonce's father had his child

support order for his 3 year-old son Nixon slashed

from $12,000 a month to $2,400 a month, his

baby mama, Alexandra, says she and the boy are

headed to a homeless shelter. Because of the

slash, Matthew Knowles won't have make child

support payments the next two years after a court

ruled that the $12k he paid for the last three years

means he's paid in full until nearly 2016.

Now Nixon's mother says Beyonce hasn't lifted a

finger to help. Alexsandra tells In Touch Magazine

"I can't imagine how Beyoncé feels knowing

she has a homeless brother. I know if I were in

the same position, I would reach out. Maybe

she is too busy."

"Nixon deserves to know his family, and I hope

one day he will meet his sister"

Why not get a job instead of going to a homeless

shelter? There are lots of single mums out there

getting things done and giving their kids quality

life. So if Beyonce wasn't his step sister, nko?

News: Court orders Financial Reporting Council to stop investigating Sanusi

Justice J. T. Tsoho of the Federal High Court,

Lagos, today April 4th ordered the Financial

Reporting Council of Nigeria (FRCN) to stop any

further investigations it is currently carrying out on

the suspended CBN Governor, Sanusi Lamido.

The Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria had

leveled allegations of financial recklessness and

abuse of office on Sanusi and recommended his

suspension which was effected on February 20.

The council in its presentation to the president

said they found Mr Sanusi's report on the audited

financial statement of the CBN for the year ended

Dec. 2012 and other related issues unsatisfactory.

Upon his Suspension, Mr Sanusi was invited to a

panel set up by the council at Elephant House

Ikeja Lagos for questioning on March 27th but

failed to turn up. Reports say Sanusi felt the panel

was bias and was set out to rubbish his person. He

filed a suit that same day asking the court to stop

the FRCN from investigating him as it lacked the

constitutional power to investigate him. His

request was granted by a judge today.

SHOCKING: 2nd Ritualists’ Den gets Discovered in Ogun State, Pregnant Women, Kids Rescued.

Barely 24 hours after a ritualists' den was uncovered in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State, residents of Adigbe community in Abeokuta metropolis yesterday discovered another operational base of ritualists' syndicate.

According to eyewitnesses, one of the victims held in the den, a pregnant lady, had on Wednesday night escaped.

The victim ran into a house located about 200 meters away from the den and pleaded
with the occupants to save her from her assailants.

The pregnant lady, who reportedly claimed to have
hailed from Abia State, told the occupants of the residence that her elder sister sold her and her
unborn baby to the ritualists for N100,000.
It was also gathered that the lady, who had just spent three
days in the den, said that the ritualists told her that she would not leave until she was delivered of her baby for whom her aunty had been paid.

The shocking revelation, however, compelled the occupants to inform the police, who eventually raided the premises around 11p.m and rescued three pregnant women and three young children, aged between two and four years, from the den.

As the news broke, hundreds of angry youth, suspected to be students from the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, MAPOLY, Ojere, Abeokuta, invaded the
building and searched some of the rooms, which were already padlocked by security agencies.

The youths were said to be looking for a cooler and a 20-
litre jerry can allegedly filled with fresh human blood.

After a thorough search of the building, the youth emerged with ritual items, including an ivory plate containing fresh blood, coffin, effigy, scorpion, charms and others.
Also discovered were international e-passport, identity cards of junior and senior secondary school students of Sacred Heart Catholic College, Oke -Ilewo, Abeokuta, who some
people said might have been kidnapped and killed by the suspected ritualists.

Several male and female white garments of worshippers suspected to have fallen victims while going or returning from vigil were also recovered.

After which the youth angrily set the building and two vehicles parked within the premises – a Toyota Camry car marked (Lagos) EKY 942 AJ and a
Mitsubushi car marked (Lagos) AGL 971 BH ablaze.

It took the intervention of the Ogun State Fire Service
personnel who raced to the scene in two vehicles to put out the fire. Scores of fierce-looking policemen who had been watching the angry youths summoned courage and started firing life ammunition and
canisters at the youths to disperse them.

Some of the youths were also arrested and whisked away to the police headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta.

The Police Deputy Public Relations Officer, Abimbola
Oyeyemi, confirmed the incident, adding that two victims were rescued from the den.

He said two others were also arrested in connection with the
operation of the house of horror.
Oyeyemi, an Assistant Superintendent of Police, gave
the names of the rescued victims as Jennifer Goodluck, who is still nursing a two-month-old
baby, while the heavily pregnant victim was simply
identified as Oluchi, both indigenes of Abia State.

The police spokesman also explained that one Muibat
Yusuf and her brother, both indigenes of Kwara State, were arrested.

He said the matter had been transferred to the State
Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Eleweran,
for thorough investigation. The Commissioner of
Police, Mr. Ikemefuna Okoye, who later visited the
scene, however, urged members of the public to be
watchful of happenings around them, particularly
their neighbours.
