The controversial 21-year-old has taken to spitting out gulps of water onto the eager crowd during her Bangerz tour, most recently in Tampa on Thursday.
Several times during the tour, Miley drank from a water bottle and then spat out an impressive yet vile stream onto her adoring fans and they seemed to
