This is to inform and invite the general public and all 2012/2013 Graduands in particular to the 3rd Convocation Ceremony of the University scheduled to
hold on Thursday, 27th February, 2014.
The schedules of activities are as stated below:
Monday 24th February, 2014 – Press Conference to be addressed by the Vice-Chancellor Professor Bashir
Ademola RAJI by 11.00a.m. @ Eti- Osa Lecture Theatre, Fountain University, Osogbo.
Thursday 27th February, 2014-
Convocation Lecture to be delivered by Professor Musbau Akanji, Vice-Chancellor, Federal University of
Technology, Minna by 10.00 a.m. @ Amina Namadi Sambo Multipurpose Hall.
Conferment of First Degrees and Award of Prizes will commence by 11.00 a.m prompt @ Amina Namadi Sambo Multipurpose Hall.
Collection of Academic Gowns All Granduads are to collect their Gowns and other items between Monday
24th and Wednesday 26th February, 2014 from their respective College Officers on presentation of evidence of payment of stipulated fees.
Granduads are to:
i. Be seated by 9.00 a.m. prompt.
ii. Note that Gowns will not be issued on the morning
of the Convocation Ceremony.
